Sugarflair Colour Pastes are ideal for colouring Sugar Paste or Royal Icing, use sparingly as colour will deepen overnight and when dry. To mix evenly into Fondant or quantity of Royal Icing or butter cream without getting the streaks, mix into small portion of batch to a deeper colour than final colour required then add this bit by bit to the rest of your batch, gives a smooth blend and even colour and saves going to dark, you can always add more but you can't take some out ;-)
