Ornate piping through to chocolate work including Melting & Tempering Chocolate, for covering cakes and making hand made chocolates. Even simple things like how to make a piping bag out of greaseproof paper….This is a real Cake Bible and one ’Surrey Cakes Highly Recommends’ a real 9/10 on this one!..the only way they get a 10/10 would be if they could get the book to do the work for us :-)…But this one almost does just that!..Fantastic!
