Private tuition Classes
Classes are now available for Cupcake, Celebration Cake and Wedding Cakes
This would make a perfect gift for Christmas or birthday, we can send you a Tution voucher to be wrapped up on the day
Classes include all necesary ingredients to produce your cakes which you will take home at the end of your class
Lunch & a glass of wine or soft drink if you prefer
10% discount on all tools and supplies on your tuition day
Prices start @ £125 week day 10-4 for either Cupcake or Novelty Cakes OR £150 for weekend tuition
Wedding Cake Tuition is a two day course from 10-4 on consecutive days @ £350 weekday or £400 weekend
If you would like to create your own design Wedding cake we will be happy to assist you in making this at a price we will discuss before your tutorial
Tools and supplies to recreate your cake will be available for purchase on the day of your tuition at 10% discounted price

Cakes To Inspire & Desire is a great book with some really individual cakes, from Wonky stacked flowers as on front cover through to Indian Themed with gold and Elephants. Also has a lovely section on cake jewelry and some really Striking Wedding Cake Designs you will be hard pushed to Find In your Average Cake shop…Surrey Cakes Rate this 7/10 by all accounts a really good book with some great tips including pictures and notes.

This Book is FAB!…From Hubby and Rubber Ducky in the bath to Builders Bum or Saucy Stocking Topped ladies Booootey to a cheeky Romp in a tent cake…Great fun for the cheeky ones of us out there…. Surrey Cakes Rate this book 7/10 Step by step instructions and some really good Figure making tips with pictures which are make it very worth the buying this book.
Spectacular Cakes By Mich Turner
Spectacular Cakes is absolutely stunningly presented with great hints and tips with Photo’s too. Ornate piping through to chocolate work including Melting & Tempering Chocolate, for covering cakes and making hand made chocolates. Even simple things like how to make a piping bag out of greaseproof paper….This is a real Cake Bible and one ’Surrey Cakes Highly Recommends’ a real 9/10 on this one!..the only way they get a 10/10 would be if they could get the book to do the work for us :-)…But this one almost does just that!..Fantastic!
